Inquiring, Reserving And Purchasing A Puppy
Adding a new puppy to your family is an exciting time. Just remember that puppies grow up and are a lifetime commitment. As your puppies breeder, we will always be available to help you anyway we can regarding your puppy’s care.
Inquiring About a puppy
We ask ALL families that are interested in our pups to FIRST please fill out our online available puppy application our anticipated litter application. These forms are one of the tools we use to screen families and help better match pups with potential families. It also serves as a way to get to know you better, so please take time to fill it with all the details that you can.

Not sure which puppy your interested in? That’s ok! Just fill and submit a Anticipated Litter Application and we will discuss it further when we speak directly.
We do check the email inbox once a day. Inquiries will be responded to in order of receipt. If more than one application is received on the same pup, the first application has first choice to that pup.
**To speed up the process. Once you fill and submit a puppy inquiry form, feel free to text me directly at 870-737-3328 to let me know you submitted a application.
Inquiring about an anticipated litter:
To Reserve a Future Pup
We do have 2 types of waiting list. A Regular and a Priority.
Regular Waiting List
A online anticipated litter form must be submitted. No deposit is required. Families are offered pups in the order that they are placed on the list.
**Families on the Priority waiting list do get choice of pups before families on the regular waiting list.**

Priority Waiting List
A online anticipated litter form and a Deposit Agreement form must be submitted. A $200 minimum deposit is required to be placed on the list. This deposit can be used toward any future litter here at Hilltop Acres.
* Families are notified once a litter that may contain a pup of their interest is confirmed.
*Once puppies are born, the families are contacted in the order deposits are received and each are given an opportunity to apply their deposit to reserve a puppy.
*If family agrees to use their deposit towards a puppy: An additional $200 ($400 total) is required to hold a puppy until it is 8 weeks old.
*If a family decides not to apply the deposit towards a pup in the offered litter: Family remains on the PRIORITY waiting list and will be contacted when the next litter is born and so on. Families may or may not have same order of choice in future litter.

Reserving a Currently Available Puppy
Once we decide which puppy is perfect for you, a non-refundable payment/deposit (unless purchase contract terms can not be meet by us) and a signed purchase contract/health guarantee is required to reserve your puppy.
To Reserve a Currently Available Pup
- A online puppy inquiry form must be submitted.
- A Deposit agreement form must be filled and submitted. (Either online or by email)
Once the two forms have been submitted and accepted. A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a pup until it is 8 weeks of age.

DIRECT PURCHASING OPTION
A dog is a lifetime commitment and should never be an impulse purchase but we understand that some families have their hearts set on acquiring a certain gender and/or color pup with no questions asked and when you see that special pup, you want to claim him/her before someone else does. The Buy Him/Her Now option is available for those families.
Please be sure that you are ready and willing to love and care for a new pup unconditionally before using this option.
Payments for the direct purchasing of a pup is accepted through the PayPal portal using a paypal account, venmo or debit/credit card.

**We do ask that even if you use the By Him/Her Now option, to please fill and submit a online puppy application as well.
Leaving our Care
Puppies are ready to leave our home at 8-10 weeks of age. If we feel the puppy is not mature enough to leave our care at that age, please understand the health and safety of the puppy always come first.
Payment
We accept Zelle, Venmo and Cash app as forms of payment to reserve or place deposits on a currently available puppy or on future litters. We will accept PayPal when needed but its not our first choice of payment.
Puppy balances including delivery fees (if required) must be paid in FULL at least 10 days before they are ready to leave us.
Payment in full of any balance remaining at time of personal pickup or personal delivery may be done so with Cash ONLY.
NO DEPOSIT, is needed if you will be in route to pickup a pup that is READY TO GO! We will hold the pup for 72 hours after agreements have been made to aquire the pup.
We do ask that even if you will be in route to pick up a READY TO GO, to please fill and submit a online puppy application.
